He obviously missed the stockings and stuffed a brief.

I'm scanning the Sunday newspaper sale flyers and I'm forced to put my coffee cup down.

The other guys look normal....but this man's brief are a bulgin'

I'm sure the ad department aimed for a non penis outline in his briefs....but whomever stuffed this guy's panties....did too good a job....and the placement of his hand....amplifies the message cause he's pulling his shirt up a bit.
